New to the site, so pardon if I made a thread in the wrong place. I should also add I'm not all that knowledgeable on cars, though my family makes more than up for it, so I think I can rely on them to explain things that I don't fully understand.

Car specifics:

• Honda HRV 1999 model
• 4 cylinder SOHC, 16 valves. (If that makes sense.)
• Driven170 000 KM.

Onto the issue. This Honda is my brothers, and there's a huge oil leak going on, and so far as I understand, there's no visible leakage. So it pretty much has to go through the exhaust pipe. Though no colored smoke has been seen so far during various attempts. Now the really problem here is just how huge the oil leak is, we don't need to replace the oil because they refill it about every 14 days! There's been done a bit of tests on finding out the cause.

• Compression is normal, and even.
• No Oil is leaking from the engine.
• No water in cooling liquid.
• Littles moke from exhaust pipe, possibly a bit more than normal. (During acceleration)
• The ending runs well, and has nice acceleration.

Any ideas appreciated. So far we are thinking that it could be oil rings, or the valve that lets the pressure from the top of the motor to something. (Possibly named PVC or PVS valve, no clue. Apparently they didn't find it last time they looked only a pipe or something...) Though we don't really know if those things are the issue, but if it's the oil rings, it's a but of work to find out... That I know.
