Timing belt Replacement

2005 Honda EX Coup. Timing belt was replaced and now when I start it up it vibrates, and does the same when I cut it off. The car will also make a vibration noise under the hood in low rpm.

did you torque motor mount bolts to spec?
might want to double check them...
