1999 Civic Crank, No start. No Spark
Swapped the Y7 for a Y8 but doing things on a budget. Kept everything from the Y7. Power on Blk/Yel but I never get battery voltage at Yellow with green even from PCM. Wondering what triggers this wire at PCM. Checked this PCM in another car and it will fire that car and run fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
