Default RPM drops from 800 to 250-200 when A/C turns on

Hi, I have a Honda Civic CF4 (Automatic) 2005 Model. The problem started when the generator's (alternator) bearing broke off and damaged the generator. I got it repaired but whenever I turn on the A/C, the RPM Drop to 250-200 and the car starts vibrating at idle. When I freshly turn on the car and THEN turn on the A/C, the RPM normally stay on 1000 but as I drive the car and it warms up, the situation worsens and at idle the car sits at 200-250 rpm wobbling. Can anyone diagnose the problem? I have spent a lot of money visiting several mechanics and electricians but the problem still persists.
Thanks!

When you say you had the alternator "repaired" do you mean you had it replaced with a new one or they fixed the old one? Never heard of a bearing 'breaking off", but have heard of them locking up. Sure it wasn't the pulley that came off. Not trying to nitpick what you said just trying to get a better understanding.

So there is no problem with the RPM while driving or idling with the A/C turned off, even if the car is fully warmed up?
