Why is there vibration when fan/ac is on fan/ac of no vibration.Rough idle with fan/ac on .When IN car I under car I Feel vibration of muffler

The load is greater on the motor when the compressor and fans are running. The compressor puts a direct load on the crank. The increased electrical load of the fans and compressor-clutch put the alternator into high-charge mode which also adds load to the crank.
The vibration of the load could have many causes.... timing, ignition, poor condition of the AC system (compressor, expansion valve, charge, oil).
