I have a 2004 honda civic ex. I was changing my belts out in it and the wing nut that tensions the belt snapped inside the lag and is pretty much frozen in there. Question is does anyone know where to get a new one besides the dealership.

 

Junk yard. Maybe eBay.

You might just be able to replace it with a regular bolt.
