Default Oil pan gasket or RTV?
1999 4 cylinder Accord with 158K.

What do you use for oil pan seal - gasket or RTV?

I can see that my oil pan was sealed with the RTV that sticks out between the block and the pan.

Please share your thoughts and experience.

98-02 F23s use liquid gasket 08718-0009. Run a bead around the inside of the bolt holes on the stamped line of the oil pan. Assemble within five minutes.
