Problems whit my teg

Hi i have a problem with my integra 96 gsr. When I roll my car it blocks at 3500 rpm as if it was always on the lunch control ... I change intake, candles, coils pack ... I do not know what to look at

Yea, you don't want to let the wax get too low or you'll have to bench bleed the candle holder.
