Icon4 Cylinder head replacement issue

Hey guys I've got an 06 vtec civic. I replaced the head because it was cracked. But upon stating it up I'm getting a p0300, shaking.. SO nothing good. I ran a compression test all 180 but one.. One cylinder is 0 PSI. Now I've been researching a lot and something is worrying me because I'm new at this. I didn't set the head to TDC before I put it on. It was about a rotation off so after installing the head I then rotated just the head to match the cranks TDC.. By doing this with the head already installed did I bend a valve? If so do I just need to get yet another head??

yes its likely you bent a valve, you might be able to get away with replacing the valve and lapping the new valve, machine shops are good at this and they will test for leakage

I know how to replace the valve and can actually pull one out of the old head. But what is lapping? I cannot afford to take this one to a shop :/
