I would check the transmission fluid first. If it is black or dark brown, I would drain and fill it with only Honda brand transmission fluid. Don't flush it. Just drain and fill. Flushing can actually harm an older transmission because any particles in the old fluid can get embedded in the tiny passages of the transmission and it can cause it to stop working at all. The next thing I would do is test the pressure before and after the catalytic converter. A clogged catalytic converter causes "exhaust back pressure" which means it prevents the exhaust gases from getting out of the cylinders, and that in turn gets in the way of enough air getting into the cylinders, and with less fresh air in the cylinders the engine generates much less power. There are videos on YouTube on how to change transmission fluid yourself (I have done it) and how to check for a clogged catalytic converter. Look for videos by Scotty Kilmer, ChrisFix and Schrodinger's box.

It could also be other things. The fuel pressure is what I would check next if the above didn't happen to be the problem. You can also check the engine air filter and the spark plugs but it is less likely that they are the problem and if you just swap them out you may have just wasted that time and money.

Spark plugs wires distributor rotor has all been changed about a year ago but the car has been sitting for a while I put in some injection cleaner no change.the muffler and pipe has been knocked off from the second to last hanger all the way back to the rear of the car I'm not sure if that's making it have no power or not but I have a Altima too that the muffler messed up but did have that problem but I'll check out the you tube videos you mentioned see what I find thx

If you have a check engine light on, have that checked for free at a place like AutoZone and ask them to tell you what the codes that are found, if any, mean. Or, if either one of the oxygen sensors got knocked off or damaged when the muffler and pipe got knocked off, then the lack of the oxygen sensor or a broken oxygen sensor could be part of the problem.
