we have changed the fuel pump,fuel filter,spark plugs,plug wires,map sensor,knock sensor,fuel pressure regulator,throttle position sensor,and the distributor. clean the egr valve and that made it worse.when i crank the car up in the beginning it choked down . now after cleaning the egr valve it want stay crank for even a minute it starts studdering and die. we check battery its fine . its my mom and she loves her car and i dont want her stuck on the side of the road again she is 72.

 

check mechanical timing to be sure it hasn't jumped a tooth

if good, then run a compression test
