Default 2006 CRV AC Compressor making me hot

We have a 2006 CRV that has never given us a bit of trouble, we've been all over in it...has about 160k miles on it. The other day, my lovely and very redhead wife reported to me that the ac quit blowing cold air when she left her work and she turned it off and rolled down the windows thinking it might be the freon low or belt, etc. I let her drive my 2000 civic(suped up) manual black in the meantime that the ac works well on, dark tint on windows helps here in Tn.

So, i noticed right away the condensor fan was not working and, the compressor not turning. Having read a lot of threads here i followed the progression.

1 Checked the fuses under the dash
2 Checked the fuses under the hood
3 Nothing blown, getting power at the ac fan...replace fan....fan ordered
4 Put in fan, which is a chore by the way and, fan works.
5 Still no AC compressor and i put car up on lift where easy access to plugs, etc...and no power to the single post plug under the fan...
6 Used a power probe to check out the ac clutch relay in the fuse box and, the top left and center(has 4 blades in it) are hot...the top right and bottom are not...
7 After reading about the relays just decided not to take a chance and replaced all six of them with brand new ones...you can hear all of them click and work except the ac clutch relay...put it in a different relay and it clicks for the radiator fan so the relay is good.
8 Checked the high pressure switch cable with the power probe and it had 12 volts on one side and ground on the other.
9 Jumpered the pressure switch and checked again and both sides show ground, green on the power probe...but no clicking of the ac rely. i measure the line to the compressor at the plug and nothing, im guessing due to the relay not clicking...perplexed.
10 Went back through the fuses...none seem to be blown. What am i missing? i know if the relay does not click closed, the power will not go to the line and on to the AC compressor...but i am at wits end. Is there someone here that is a master technician that has seen this one before? I am usually the one teaching people how to fix it and in this case it has me stumped...let me know what i am missing if you have that...thanks.
