Genuine honda is your best bet (Made in ??).

Hardrace seems decent as well (made in China).

You will need to clock them properly. Or they'll tear.

Energy bushings are such a shitty setup that it makes my eyes rain.

Buy the bushings from Acura. They're not expensive. try bernardiparts or curry acura.

Clock them. For God's sake.

I had ES bushings in 2 of my cars never had issues.
unfortunately they don't make the underbody kit for tsx

I'm eyeballing the hardrace kit but don't know if its worth the money compared to MOOG bushings that are 9 bucks a piece for the compliance bushings

My moogs tore out in under 50K miles...which is predictable.

You said you didn't want shitty bushings. So maybe stay away from moog.

The OEM compliance bushings are inexpensive anyway.

Which bushings are you looking for? Like for what positions on the car?

updated sorry forgot to specify

i need all 2 front lower control arm bushings
maybe rar shock bushings
looks like i have ingalls control arm kit installed already which most likely is still good

besides those what other bushings are first to go out on tsx?

engine mounts are all good as far as i can see ( i took them all out and inspected)

the front lower control arm bushings are for sure blown out because the car was slammed before and all bushings were twisted from incorrect install when stock suspension was put back on it before sale

i untwisted them all but they dont look so good still thats why i wanted to get urethane ones i like the fact that they rotate in sockets

Get the Hardrace, and call it a day. We've used them in a lot of clients vehicles. It's complete, good quality, and priced reasonably. Have a good one!

mm hardrace isn't always good.

An example of that are the ones for an is300 from hardrace. In a youtube video the owner showed how much flex the hardrace bushings did vs the TRD design.

Fortunately we are not discussing the Lexus ones here, so that is irrelevant. If your looking for a complete bushing kit, the Hardrace is the way to go for the EG, DC2, and EK chassis. If PIC still sells their bushing kit, their kit is quality as well. We have experience with both of course, you can't go wrong with either of them.

The only bushings that went bad on my TSX (164K miles, midwest daily driven) were the front compliance bushings. They really werent bad...but they had some small cracks at 100K miles, so I just went ahead and replaced them (back when the car had 100K on it). I replaced them with Moogs, which tore out of their shells within 45-50K miles.

I am now using genuine Acura compliance bushings from a TL type S. They're stiffer than the stock TSX bushing, but they also have a lot of movement windows, as well as a backup strap. You don't necessarily want compliance bushings that are very hard to articulate. You want something that resists radial movement, but not axial tilt. Sphericals are perfect for this position. But sphericals are expensive, and nobody has booted ones out there. I live in snow and salt country. So no sphericals for me. The reason I chose the TL-S bushings is because I felt that the OEM TL-S version had a good compromise between compliance (their job is in their name) and movement.

For the REAR suspension, I did recently (at 160K miles) have a rusted alignment adjuster in the rear suspension. So I found someone parting out a very low mile 3G TL on ebay. I bought the entire rear LCA set. The TL's stock rear toe arms have spherical bearings on the inner joint, and the rest of the rubber bushings are more substantial. If you're going to go that route, I will mention that the rear upper control arm from a TL does not work on a TSX...and that the lower TL rear control arm does not allow you to properly fasten the e-brake cable.

"So many brand names?" Please detail them. I am unfamiliar with all these companies selling rubber bushings. . . aside from a few.

This is especially difficult to know considering you mentioned "ES" bushings for which I have to assume you're referring to polyurethane and not rubber.

also the people that had compliance bushings blown out
have you noticed taking off the light engine flex a lot?
mine does and I'm thinking its compliance bushings because all 3 engine mounts are good( I took them out to inspect)
