I have a 93 del sol and it would sputter if I was at low RPM's and pushed the gas pedal down any farther than half way only if I was under 3000 RpM's after that it would run great I pulled out the dist. And cleaned it up a little then put it back in and then had no spark so I put a brand new dist. Plugs wires and still no spark when I turn the key to on the fuel pump primes the main relay clicks twice and the check engine light comes on and turns off after 3 sec so I'm pretty sure that means that I don't have a bad ecu or main relay Al fuses check out good but I don't get any power to the fuses just right of the 7.5 amp fuse on the upper right of the fuse box under the dash I do get power to the 15 and ten amp fuses on the upper right I think fuse 23, 24 if I'm right also I only get power to the 7.5 amp fuse only when I turn the key to the start position all fuses under the hood check out good any help would be great and I'm not very savy on pin out numbers so be patient with me if possible

 

Are you sure you're not getting spark? Pull the plugs (one by one) and have someone turn the car over while holding the plug against the block and see if it is sparking. Make sure to pay attention to spark color as well.
