need a wiring "layout "..NOT a scematic

need a chassis wiring layout for a 2000 EX coupe ( locations, connections and routing )..NOT a basic wiring schematic

How detailed are you looking for?

The FSM will show you the harness routing but won't necessarily pinpoint connector pinouts, and wire colors. It has most but there is still some missing.

If you need extra detail you will have to buy the ETM for your car to complement the FSM. With the two you will have complete details of all wires, connectors, locations and pinouts.
