Default 2003 Honda Civic Wheel Bearing issue

I have a Honda Civic 1600 3 door hatchback, after driving 12/15 miles or so at a speed of approx 75 mph I noticed the car was not driving as it usually does, appearing to sound noiser than usual and feeling slight vibration through steering wheel as usually experienced when wheels might need balancing. Upon stopping and checking around the wheels I found the front nearside wheel uncomfortably hot, especially when touching the wheel studs, Any information or advice as to what might be amiss would be gratefully recieved.
