My 01 Honda civic ex keeps saying the egr has insufficent flow. I cleaned the ports and put two new ones on and it still says it. It just keeps kicking the check engine light on and shuts off while driving on a hot day. I even tried a new fuel cap. Nobody has been able to help. Was wondering if anyone knew if it was a vapor thing or if i should buy that egr block off plate.
