Default Seized front lca bolts

Hi, i have a 2000 S2K with seized front lower control arm bolts ( both sides). What would be the best or easiest way to get them loose, as I need to adjust the lca's to fit different wheels.
I already tried spraying them in, several days, with rust desolver (rustico) and WD40. No luck.
Next phase would be to try to cut away the seized bolt from the inner part of the subframe, where the lca is inserted in the subframe.
Do you guys have other suggestions?

Might try heating them up with a torch.

That would be an option. I have a spare subframe with LCA, also with a seized bolt. I will try it first on that , before I torch the complete car down.
