When i shift from gear to gear, the throw isn't smooth, meaning it doesn't slide like KY jelly. That means i can't downshift as fast nor easily. I changed the transmission oil. Doesn't help...any suggestions?

May want to check the shift linkage. Bushing gone bad.

 

how many miles on your car. I had the same problem a week ago then I changed my tranny oil and a day later it felt like butter again. I would suggest doing that if it hasn't been done in the last 25k miles or so. Just go get the oil for like $15 from acura and do it your self it is simple and takes about 30 min or so. good luck

 

That reminds me, I've got to change mine too.

 

I had the same thing happen to my trans. Shifting from 2-3rd gear and it was the syncro. The parts were not cheep. I hope it is your linkage, alot cheeper to fix but if not get it fixed asap. It gets hard on the gears after awhile. Good luck.
