What's your guys take on cold air intakes? Are name brand ones worth the money? An AEM is like 250 where as an eBay one is like 40. I know you get what you pay for but I also know some parts, it doesn't matter. Thoughts/opinions/additional info to back it up?

Unfortunately, the tech section isn't the right place for opinions. And you expressly asked for opinions not technical data for your concern.

Protip: There is much dyno data out there for Short Ram Intakes and true Cold Air Intakes, they are not the same and should not be classified the same. Google will likely be your friend. Also be warned, SRI tend to do well on the dyno but fall short in real life compared against CAI.
