Default Innovate LC-1 Malfunctioning (video attached)

I have an older Innovate LC-1 Wideband A/F Ratio Gauge. It started acting up a while ago, but I just figured the O2 Sensor went bad. I have had them go bad before. Recently ordered a new O2 sensor and it didn't fix it. I'm starting to wonder if the whole thing just broke. Wanted to see if anyone here has seen anything similar. The video is attached is with the car just idling in the driveway. I also emailed innovate and waiting on a response from them. Thanks for your help guys!

I apologize, I meant to say LC-1 not LC-2. I edited my original post to say what I meant to say. Thanks for bringing it to my attention motoxxxman.
