So I am trying to help my son get his civic running after sitting for almost 2 yrs. We get it started move it back and forth to get the wheels to release and power steering fluid starts pouring out through the top of the power steering reservoir. What would cause this to happen ? It was not filled to the rim, more like 70% of the bottle. So what would cause this to back up like that?
