Honda service told me the hybrid battery could not be replaced so the engine light and IMA would stay on until the hybrid battery completed failed. Engine light came on after I had a minor front end collision. Insurer originally intended to total the car but changed their mind so they are fixing it. Caliber Collision is repairing the left & R upper supports although Honda service said they should be replaced. Other damage includes front grill, bumper, etc. Finally, the estimated MARKET value of this car is $6,800 according to Natiionwide Insurance, IT ONLY HAS 72000 miles, however, wouldn't this IMA battery failure reduce the used retail value to be used by insurers or when I actually attempt to sell the car? ANY ADVICE?
