Default Transmission fluid

Hello everyone I would like to know if anyone can tell me whats the difference between these two fuilds?

Second one seems to be kinda cheaper but I've seen ppl using only the first one on videos bout transmission fluid change so idk what to buy. Its probably not as good if its cheaper but saving some cash is always good!

edit: idk what happened to the links but they r working now.

The automatic transmission fluid on the left is the normal bottle you buy at any Honda dealer and I reccomend it. The one on the right seems to have the same part number, maybe its an older bottle, but last I checked Honda only made one DW-1 auto trans fluid and its been in use on every Honda automatic car transmission for years.

Ok I have another question since I decided to drain little fluid to be sure what colour is can you tell me is this a burned oil click ? When I was checking it from the dipstick It looked rusty and I was pretty happy because I can change all of it!! Now it looks more like chocolate and has little particles like when you get a coffee from a street machine and the filter can't get all of the coffee so some of it ends up at the bottom of your cup. I think these are the shavings that end up in the fluid when its burned and you are not suppose to change all of it because gears will slip. Please help.
