Hello new to the forums, tried searching but still haven't had any luck. I have a 89 civic si that cranks but doesn't start. The check engine light is on but doesn't go away and the ecu led light is not working or flashing at all. Replaced the main relay cause pump wasn't priming and still doesnt will work when jumping the wires. Also replace tps cause its wasnt getting voltage. Just wondering if there's any other way to check for codes or to check if ecu is working. Hoping its not a bad ecu.

 

Found issue and it was a bad ecu.
