My friend has a B20vtec with gsr head and bwr kit installed in 98 hatch. Was just put in and was working, went to wire the 3 to 2 wire iacv and car no longer starts. The main relay does not click when ignition is on(fuel pump not priming), it is receiving the 12v to it from always hot, ignition power and cranking power(wires/fuses). The fuel pump relay control from ecu is sending 12v with ignition on. The ground was checked and good connection. I checked continuity from fuse box under dash and under hood to relay and all wires check out good. Already swapped the relay out with 2 known good ones and still crank but no start. Swapped ecu to make sure relay control is good and still not clicking relay. Also applied 12v to the fuel pump and it primes as it should. The wiring and control seems to be a very straight forward wiring schematic but this has me stumped, any help would be appreciated.
