Help please 1993 1.6 d16z6 honda civic (ticking noise)

need help i Put the wrong oil in it now ive drained it put my reg oil back in and i want to say its a very loud ticking in the engine i dont know what to do

what incorrect oil was in it? for how long?

okay 20-50w when we use 10-30 this is for a SCOH 93 ex 1.6 liter
