powoner steering belt on 99 civic

To me the trick would be how to get the belt from around the engine mount. any ideas?

It doesn't go around the engine mount. Take the pump loose then remove and replace belt.

The air conditioner belt does go around an engine mount, to get that one on and off the car remove the two bolts holding the mount to the frame then slip the belt through the gap.
