Loud exaust
Tanabe Race Spec muffler with a custom cat-back or Tanabe racing medallion cat back. I put the race spec muffler with a custom cat-back on my 95 si and it sounds awesome.
I have a no-muffler special. I got 100% off on labor and parts since it was done in the garage outback on a jack stand
I dunno though, 96LudeSiVTEC has a good idea, just buy a muffler and have a muffler shop do the piping or something--shouldn't be that expensive I wouldn't think...I did that for my old car in high school and it was around 300 bucks...OR
Just tell your buddy to save a few more bills and he can have a real, clean, full cat-back like everyone else--it'll sound the best too IMO
