After market or custom exhaust?
92' hatch with a b18c1(GSR) I was thinking about buying a whole cat back exhaust, but they're too expensive. I saw a skunk2 one for about $500. So I was thinking if I should just buy a muffler and tip and then get some muffler shop to make it a 2.5 in. cat back and that would cost less than $100. What do you think?
Thanks for the input.

Re: After market or custom exhaust? (miskone)
1. pic up a muffler anything 2.25 in and 2.25 out $15-50( a turbo muffler from like summitt racing not a giant fruit shooter)
2. get a thrush glass pac as the res. also 2.25 in and out. This will help to smooth and quit the sound.
3. go to a muffler shop and get 2.25 piping from cat back(about $65ish) make sure you buy a lager flange for the end.
4. pull cat if your are obd1 and not in CA.
It is what i have sounds so quiet. Highway driving is great. When you get on it, it sounds deep and throaty. Since i got mine two other people in my town have copied my set up. Which i think is cool. The less ricey we all are the better of we will all be....
If you have the money that WS cat back is pretty cool.
