Bent trailing arm?
Hi all! When I went to get my EG hatch with full stock Integra suspension aligned, I was told that one side in the rear was a couple millimeters out and that he reckons it because the trailing arm is bent. Looks like it's got a little more negative camber than the other side, but he said the toe is out, and that even at full adjustment it wan't quite there. I'd say it has a degree or two at most of negative camber on that side. This would be because my donor car was hit by a motorcycle on that wheel.
However, I'm inclined to believe that the camber or toe arm, being fairly thin would bend before the actual trailing arm would. I wouldn't guess the LCA would bend either, as it's a big solid cast piece compared to the thin stamped metal camber arm. Does anyone have experience with this being the case? Would the camber arm being bent enough to cause a couple degrees of camber be enough for the toe to be out of spec even at full adjustment?
