Camber vs Toe Alignment/Adjustment
I know there are bits and pieces of info on Honda-Tech regarding this matter and I have read through them but was hoping for some more info. Please help!
I'm some what of a noob to the suspension world. Just got coilovers for my eg hatch and my shop (inline pro) is recommending a camber kit up front due to the natural negative camber that occurs when the car is lowered. I've read that camber is NOT the solution on here but rather a toe alignment is the real trick/solution. Being that InlinePro is a reputable shop that I and so many others on the east coast trust, I thought I would try and get a little educated on the topic.
What exactly is a "toe alignment/adjustment"?
Can a camber kit help this?
My goals for this build are to have a lowered car with somewhat of a stanced look. Was not planning on "slamming" the car or doing crazy camber adjustments etc. Just a clean look.
Any help and thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks!
(BTW, this question is also on my other thread "93 EG complete Suspension & wheel set up help" but since its getting a bit long and other matters are also discussed, I figured I would start a more specific thread to this issue here. Sorry if your reading this twice)

You don't really need a camber kit for a 2" drop, but you definitely will have to have them dial the toe back to zero if you don't want any abnormal tire wear. I've got about 2 degrees on my daily driver and about 1.5 in the rear. 0 Toe front, and rear...car is a 2000 EM-1. For the hardcore guys, we sell the PCI Camber kits.
