I have 2009 Honda Accord 4 cylinder. I am having issues with my car starting sometimes and others I can turn the key 3 or 4 times and it will not start. I took my car to auto part store where i bought my battery two years ago. He put the diagnostic machine which shows the battery is good and so is the starter and alternator. He is trying to tell me that i may need to change my fuel filter. Will take it to another car part store but i do not want to be screwed into buying parts that are not needed. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
