92 civic CX d15b8 engine manual trans 120,000 miles. The engine dies out at half throttle and has a spratic idle when this issue is present. This only happens when it's raining or after it has rained. Doesnt matter if the engine is warm or cold. While driving it will die at crushing speeds and if you let up off the throttle it will start running again or if it's floored it will strat running again. Has me puzzled any help would be great thanks

 

sounds like shorted wiring somewhere. you have subs or an aftermarket head unit?

check those wires where ever they go through the bulk head or if you ran it outside of the car
