Would I use the same as I do for my brakes? I plan to get some blue dot4 fluid for my brakes. Would I use the same for my clutch master cylender? I plan to replace the stock lines with the stainless steel ones from http://www.fastlineperformance.com/clutchline.htm For the price, it cant hurt.

DOT 3 for the clutch one...So i can just replace it with stuff from honda, or will i benifit from something else?

Any Dot3/4 should be fine. As for benefitting from a different boiling point, I dont think so.
