Default Where to permanently weld toe nut for 3 degree or 4 degree adjustable toe kit?

The weld nut, in my car's chassis/body (01 Integra), that the compensator arm bolts onto, is "loose", and spins when ever I try to remove the bolt or tighten the bolt. I was able to put a second nut in front of it, to tighten it, after replacing the trailing arm bushing; picture.

According to the alignment shop, the factory spec of rear toe is supposed to be 0.04 to 0.16 on the driver side (left), and 0.16 to 0.04 on the passenger side.

To prevent the factory weld nut from spinning and having to use a wrench or vice grip to keep it from spinning, I'd like to pay someone, to permanently weld (or re-weld?) the nut onto the body of the car. It seems this would make the stock compensator arm's toe non-adjustable.

My main question is where would be the ideal location/distance to weld the nut?
I was thinking of having it welded 2/3rds distance, towards the subframe/fuel tank side of the car, since both side of the toe bolt is located right on the inner side. I'd like to get those cheap toe kits that cost around $30 for a pair (+/- 3 degree adjustable), instead of those $80 ones (+/-4 degree adjustable). This video show how I can get the kit to near stock position, until I get to the alignment shop.

If one knows a cheaper alternative to welding the nut, such as super glue, i'd appreciate it.

The following is the result of my alignment from a year ago, before any rear suspension work was performed on this car since owning it for the past 70k miles. Since then I've gotten Koni Str.T struts, BWR rear lower control arms, and 1 trailing arm bushing installed. I hope to fix the caster by replacing driver side front LCA. Once the car has been properly aligned I'll deal with the hole; right now I have duct tape over it, to keep water out.

That's a track nut. You can fix the track.

The rear suspension toes in as you lower it.

If its lowered, and you really want go go through with welding it instead if fixing the track...then set it toward the toe-in side. Use your adjustable toe kit to dial in what you want.

You really think spending $30 on a random toe kit on eBay is a good idea?

After reading this post, I'm kinda convinced to stay away from adjustable toe arms. Since the toe doesn't support much weight compared to the strut and lower control arm bushings, I was willing to give cheap alternatives a chance.

How would I go about fixing the "track"? As the following picture shows, that the nut is within the "slot", but it turns/rotates around.

I'm guessing someone over torqued that nut, widening the track, and ruining the threads of the nut and bolt.

At least the nut hasn't fallen out of the track. You could try to massage the track a little closer together again.

I would also chase the threads on that nut and get a new bolt so it doesn't bind up before it actually starts to fasten down. It should be free running before that point.

Then you won't have the issues you're trying to solve by welding it in place.

After 4 years of pondering, it's become clear the only practical solution is cut out the entire mount from an Integra at a junkyard with at least a sawzall and a hole saw attached to a drill. A metal shearer is also recommended to reduce the 3 hours spent and carbide blades used. Junkyards don't allow angle grinders.

A body shop will then weld said piece to vehicle.

I've made CAD model of the track nut holder. Was quoted $150 to $300 for a 'one-off', by independent machinists.
