Honda accords with v6 transmissions are pretty legendary for transmission problems, especially when driven aggressively. Check the transmission fluid. If the level is low, and it is pink colored, add Honda brand transmission fluid. If it isn't pink, drain and fill with new Honda brand transmission fluid. If that doesn't fix it, go to an Auto parts store and borrow their code reader and see if there are any transmission specific codes and then look on Google for the meaning of the code and then on YouTube for videos on how to address it. Or, you could buy a subscription to www.alldatadiy.com for about $30 and get the exact, dealer level service information you your specific vehicle. And think about getting another car if you want to continue driving aggressively. It is 13 years old. There are old cars with automatic transmissions and there are aggressively driven cars with automatic transmissions, but there are no old, aggressively driven cars with automatic transmissions.
