Default D16Y7 in a 1990 Civic DX auto

What exactly is needed to successfully complete this swap and retain the automatic transmission? I have a complete spare D16Y7 from a 1996 Civic DX, and the car it's going into is a 1990 Civic DX hatch with an auto tranny. I have a feeling that everything swaps right over.... might have to swap over the intake manifold and TB from the '90 since the position is different... anything else?

Thanks

just swap the long block.
swap the complete head and block, but use the Dx's intake manifold and exhaust manifold.
you MUST use all the engine mounts and brackets from the D15 on the D16 or it won't bolt up.
The tranny will bolt right up as well.
