Default 94 honda accord

was just running and stopped. I changed the fuel pump and still don't start. then realized I have no spark? I have 12 volts to the coil but still no spark. even switched out the coil off a car that's running and still no spark

When turning the ignition to II(ON) do you see all the warning lights come on? If it's an AT car the D4 light will come on and then turn off. This is controlled by the Main Relay, during that same time frame you should be able to hear the fuel pump prime.
Verify no excess trinkets/charms/keys on the key chain. Wiggle the key and note if any excess play in the ignition switch, if so this may cause a no start issue.
Verify the battery is clean and fully charged.
Verify the battery cables are clean and tight.
When cranking does the tach move?
If not it most likely is the ICM inside the distributor has gone bad.
Check for any stored codes.
Blue two wire connector below the center of the glovebox door.
Pull it down, jumper it.
Turn ignition to II(ON) and check for any CEL or D4(if applicable) codes.
Record codes, report back here.
