I only know a little about cars but I have a 98 Acura integra Ls.. when I'm driving and I'm picking up speed it kind of hesitates or drags when trying to go faster and then kind of bucks before the rpm goes up to 4 or 5 and finally picks up speed and goes faster.. if this makes sense to anyone.. please help!

 

Start simple. Check all your air intake clamps and vacuum hoses. It's common for a loose intake to cause issues like this. Also check plugs and wires, and maybe ignition timing? Another thought, it may be vtec, I personally haven't owned one (yet lol) so that may an issue also.

 

An LS should not have VTEC issues.
