Default 0bd2a to 0bd1 help needed!

97 auto civic lx, swapped it to manual.
D16z6 bottom d15b head with a chipped p28 using obd2a injectors, I had to lengthen the map, tps, and converted the iacv to two wire iacv, and cfk bypass done.
I am getting spark but I don't believe I'm getting fuel, the check engine light dose not shut off after two seconds it just stays solid and I'm not hearing the fuel pump prime, though when I disconnected the fuel line from the filter gas was present, maybe I have the wrong injectors I don't know any help would be great. Thanks!

MANY possible issues here:

Wrong fuel line/fuel rail combination. If the fuel rail being used has a dampener on the inlet end (looks like a hat shape) and you are using the original fuel line between the fuel filter and the fuel rail... you will not be getting any fuel.

No fuel pump priming suggests a computer problem or a bad ground at the thermostat housing. Try the original ECU since you did the CKF bypass (it is not necessary for an OBD-1 ECU). If it cranks and runs, your problem is either the P28 ECU or the adapter harness. Fuel coming out of the filter would suggest that the pump is actually priming. The wrong injectors will NOT cause the car not to start.
