Default 3 wire IACV to 2 wire IACV harness

I'm using a throttle body from a 99 D16y8 engine (Automatic tranny) which has a 3 wire IACV plug, I wanna connect it to a 97(obd2a) harness. Any idea how to do it? Do I need to do a re-pin on the ECU?

The ECU framework dictates the type of IACV that is used... you cannot simply swap one for the other and make a wiring change and it will work. A 3-wire IACV needs an ECU that powers a 3-wire IACV... and a 2-wire IACV needs an ECU that powers a 2-wire IACV.
