Default 2001 CR-V Clutch Issues

I recently bought a 2001 CR-V LS Active 4wd manual with 170k miles. Got the engine now running perfect after valve adjustment, new cat (factory cat was broken apart), and then just small tune up things. Problem I've been having since I bought the car is the clutch disengagement point is pretty much at the floor board. Sometimes it's really tough to get it into gears as well. I bled the system and that didn't seem to resolve the issue. Should I replace the master cylinder? Any other ideas or common issues.

When was the last time the clutch plate was changed, it may be time again.
