99 civic dx (plain jane, no power anything, aftermarket alarm).

heard a pop when messing with the dome light. now i have no power to the dome light. continuity on the switch is still good. checked all fuses but cannot find where the circuit gets interrupted.

 

The fuse is under the hood in the box next to the battery. Did you check there?

 

lol. Well i feel stupid now. I saw the 10A fude, and thought it was the one. Look again....then i see the 7.5A.
