H22 swap won't start
I searched and tried everything I could think of sleeved and built h22 swapped into civic eg where a f20b was so wiring is the same. It has spark don't ask me how I know it gets fuel checked fuel pump main relay and rail I used some starter fluid and cranked it , the tb caught fire I think it's the dizzy or my timing which could be a hair off . Please input i put ground to tranny and therm and valve cover. Stock injectors and ecu and tb boost pipes aren't connected
Any help from some Honda gurus I get code 41 now which is o2 sensor I went over the grounds I do have spark plugs in that are like 5 step colder for the turbo maybe they're gapped to tight
pulls the plugs out and replaced them with old plugs motor turning over took valve cover off and exhaust timing is advanced one degree would that cause it to not start
If you have spark and fuel and know the injectors are pulsing, then do mechanical checks. Set the timing where it is supposed to be , check valve lash, do a compression and leak down check. Whats been done to the engine?
eagle rods cp pistons new bearings I think it's timing exhaust is off by a tooth or two advanced couldn't get the cam to stay still when I was bolting it down. And valves got springs and retained so valve lash may be a problem too
mechanical timing re done exhaust was off but now it's good and checked tdc like 10 times I can't get it to start

Have you tried to clean your spark plugs after multiple attempts to start the car while out of mechanical time ??? Sometimes it is that simple.
i swapped the new plugs to some older ones I had working before I pulled the motor out, I'll willing to pay someone to fix it in the DMV area now
