Smog gurus
Car was sitting for 3 years while I was away and just started her up and tried to smog. She passed everything except the hc was about 3 points over the limit. Guy said my timing was @ 18 and to put it at 16 would help. Any tips spark plugs are older but only have about 2k on them.
