So as the title states, I have a 1996 Honda Accord 2.7L v6 that the transmission shifts hard and sometimes will stick in 1st gear when I am going down a hill. I just changed out the shift solenoid and thought that would fix the problem, but when I test drove the car the transmission still shifts hard into the next gear. Im going to do a few drain and fills tomorrow morning, however I am hoping to get other ideas as to what could cause this. Thanks!
