So I've replaced the bulb and all fuses with higher amperage, and disconnected and reconnected the bullet connectors, trying to sort out the tag lights not working with no positive results. I'm going to take the bumper off tomorrow morning and take the exhaust off hangers to make this easier. Does anyone know what color the wires are for the tag lights and where they lead into?
