B18c1 swap into ek, Map issue

Just finishing a b18c1 swap on my 96 EK. I adapted a d16y8 harness onto the b18, started first try. The idle is pretty rough and i get a p0108, changed the MAP to the one off my D16y8 and it didn't change anything. Wired the MAP directly to my ECU and again it didn't change anything. Is there anything other than those two things that could give me this code and a rough start/idle? The only thing i found weird was i had a IAT sensor in my Cold Air Intake before, but had to switch it to the manifold plug on the b18c1. Hasn't given me a code and i feel like it was the right thing to do. I tested the TPS with a multi-meter and it is working properly. As far as i could tell so is both MAP sensors as well. I still haven't quite figured out if the throttle cable is working properly either, could that effect things? OBD2a Harness/chassis/ecu. Is there anything else someone recommends i try? I checked timing and its all good, both my D16y8 & B18c1 ran perfect before the swap.

Figured id update this, I ended up grabbing a bunch of MAP's at pick n pull and after a some trial and error it was something in the wiring that was shorting the maps. Fixed it and then got a code for coolant temp sensor and VSS. Changed the Coolant sensor and that was fixed, still troubleshooting the VSS.

I've already tried a few IACV's, it really doesn't seem to be the issue. Car runs perfectly, no CEL anymore. Just need to figure out this idle issue :/
