lol, that happened to me the other month.....dangerous crap when your horn doesnt work! then all of the sudden a week later, i tried it and it worked!
I had a problem like this when I installed a air intake system to the AEM CAI. The air duct plastic was pressed against the horn causing it to weaker than normal. I moved the horn over some & still made sure it was shielded for protection. Remember how low your stock horn is to the road. It sounds like its getting power to it. You horn may be blown, have you checked it?
My dad's gsr had that problem. He lives at 7800 ft so I don't know if the altitude or cold got to it.
I thought it was funny though.

do you get any sound or nothing at all?
if you get nothing, get a multimeter and check the amount of current between the horn wire and any part of the frame when someone else presses the horn, it should be +12v.

get some hella supertones and call it a day
my stock horn went out a while ago..actually it still works but it doesn't make a constant tone.. if you keep pressing the horn.. it will go between loud and soft and sounds really dumb and doesn't get peoples attention (not like the stock horn did when it worked fully)...
anyway if the relay clicks then check the wiring at the horn

ive got a stock gsr horn.. it worked last time i used it.. its just laying around my garage.. i'll give it to ya for 25 shipped.. let me know.. doesnt matter to me either way..
just hook up your horn wire into a speaker for a car alarm. I did it and my horn worked fine. Now people look at me funny when I honk at them. Definetly draws the chicks attention.
Geesh
I tried for 2 months to get a horn for my teg on here and nobody had crap.
I got two Honda horns off motorcycles (2002 929 and 2000 F4) for 20 bucks from the local motorcycle junkyard.
And it's hella loud- no pun intended.
BTW- ahmotor.com sells them NEW for 28.00 (for teg)
20 for 2 honda horns... beat that
